Real Estate Agents who list properties from SaddleBrooke One and StaddleBrooke Two may list the properties on Real Estate @ SaddleBrooke. Two monthly subscriptions are offered. Sign up for a subscription below.
List of Features the Site Offers:
► Self Service Listings. The most important upgrade is the new self service listing feature. You can directly manage all your listings, add new listings and change listings. The interface is easy to use and offers many more options than before. New and updated listings are published immediately–no more delay!
► Phone and Tablet Design. The site is now 100-percent phone and tablet friendly. It displays accurately and full featured regardless of device.
► Site Search, Agent Listing Search and Keyword Search. The site now allows for several search options. On the “Premium” agent pages, users can search within that agent’s listings exclusively. Or, users can search all listings from the “All Property” pages. Keyword search has been greatly enhanced to make use of natural phrases based on user search words–search is no longer limited to backend predefined categories.
► Search Engine Reporting. Listings are now reported to search engines such as Google, Bing and Yahoo when published.
► Social Media Sharing. Users can now share listing pages via social media (such as Facebook) or email a listing to themselves, friends and family. Social sharing buttons have been added throughout the site.
► Enhanced Premium Agent’s Profile Page. Just like with listings, agents now have direct access and control over the Agent’s Profile page. Profile pages now display all current listings from that agent.
► More Outside Links. Links to video tours, agent site and floor plans are now incorporated directly into the listing details. Standard-compliant video tours display in a video player right in the listing.
► Front Office Slide Show. Premium agent listings display on a Slide Show at the SaddleBrooke One Front Office.
Real Estate Agent Subscription – Basic
The Basic package includes unlimited property listings at RealEstate.SaddleBrooke.Org.
Features:
► Unlimited listings. Upload as many individual properties for one monthly fee.
► Unlimited photos. Upload as many photos as you need to show the property. Photos will display on page as well as in gallery format.
► Google-generated Map. The property’s location within SaddleBrooke will display along with the listing.
► Link to virtual tours. If you have a virtual tour with embedding ability, you can include it with the listing.
► Links to any other promotional site. There are many tools on the Internet available to promote properties. Include as many as you use as part of the listing.
$10 monthly.
Real Estate Agent Subscription – Premium
The Premium package includes all the of Basic Subscription features Plus:
► Rotating listing as a Featured Property. Premium listings are included on a slideshow displayed on SaddleBrooke.org and on a monitor in the SaddleBrooke Administration office.(Updated weekly.)
► Agent profile page and agent listings section. You’ll have your own space at Real Estate @ SaddleBrooke where you can promote your SaddleBrooke listings.
► Featured agent status. Your agent profile will be highlighted as a featured agent.
